Subprocessors

Tasskel engages the following third-party subprocessors to help deliver the Services. Subprocessors process Customer Data only under written contracts requiring confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations no less protective than those we make to our customers. This page is updated when the subprocessor list changes; customers with a Data Processing Addendum may subscribe to notifications by emailing privacy@tasskel.com.

Optional subprocessors
Some subprocessors act only when a specific integration is enabled by a workspace administrator (e.g., QuickBooks Online, WhatsApp Business, Google Sign-In). Data flows to those subprocessors only for that workspace and only for the enabled feature.
Notifications of changes
We update this page before adding new subprocessors that process Customer Data. Customers with an executed DPA may subscribe to notifications via privacy@tasskel.com. Customers may object to a new subprocessor within 30 days of notice; if the concern cannot be reasonably addressed, the customer may terminate the affected Services in accordance with the underlying agreement.
Infrastructure subprocessors
Tasskel's core infrastructure (compute, database, and object storage) is operated by the subprocessors listed above under contract. Physical data-center operations for those subprocessors are performed by their respective infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, GCP) under their own audited security programs.
